Minutes of the Old Lyme Economic Development Commission Meeting of 5/7/14
Meeting commenced at 8 AM in the Old Lyme Town Hall. Present were Bob Jose, Susan Howard, Gerry Foster and John Stratton.
We discussed the following topics:
1. Real estate news from last month showed 30 sold in town so far this year with 137 listings and 8 under contract. Twenty six on market are over 1MM.
2. Impact of UNH absorbing LAFA is yet to be seen, but enhances their connection to the courses they have offered at Mitchell.
3. Discussed outcome of meeting in library on the Halls Road redevelopment plan and study.
